Motorola’s launching a new bluetooth headphone named HX1. From an aesthetical point of view, there aren’t many new features in the design, but the strong points are inside. Infact, Motorola has used a technology that is used also in the military sector.
Using a so-called “bone condution technology”, the background noise “bounce” from the device, instead of being cancelled by an internal chip. In this way, the audio should be clearer and purer. The headphones will be sold from next month on in Asia, then in all other markets.

Together with the Motorola ZN50, the Bluetooth SIG has recently approved another device from the American company, the W766, a clamshell device that last year came around in images with the Verizon brand. The W766, which was called Motorola Harmony back then, seems to be a rather elegant model.
Nothing much is known about the W766, except that it’s likely to be geared towards multimedia functions. Also from the ony image found on the net, it will feature an external display and some touch sensitive keys that will control the multimedia features.
When the first images of this model came around last year, it was said that the cellphone should be launched sometime this year. And since the device was recently approved by the Bluetooth SIG, that sounds likely to happen.
