Motorola Stature i9 presented for the USA market
Motorola has presented their new Motorola Stature i9, exclusive in the USA with Sprint, featuring the iDEN technology. It has a clamshell design with two screens: the internal one, a 2,2″ display with 240×320 pixel resolutions, and the external one featuring the same resolutions but a smaller size, 2″. The integrated photocamera should have a 3,1 megapixel resolution, autofocus and flash.
The Stature i9 doesn’t seem to have any compatibility with European networks. There’s also an integrated GPS, the Openwave 7.2 browser and the memory is expandable through microSD cards. The initial price for the model is $299 without a contract, and $199 with a 2-year contract with Sprint.
