  • Motorola W231 Review - Introduction

The Motorola W231 is a very simple cell phone, without photocamera and that only features a USB connection. Despite the limitations, its memory can be expanded with microSD cards up to 1 GB, which can be useful in order to storage MP3 songs to be listened to at any time. The telephone also comes with radio tuner, and can connect to the GPRS and GSM networks.

Its battery allows for a 8-hour autonomy when in conversation mode, and 310 hours while in standby. The internal agenda (with photoagenda) allows the storage of up to 500 contacts and up to 750 SMS (plus those on the SIM card). The Motorola W231 supports the polyphonic mp3 ringtones and also has Java support for games and Java applications.
