Motorola Z10 Review - Introduction and Accessories
After a brief testing period, here’s the review for the Motorola Z10 model, the model with the classic slide cover that hides the numeric keyboard.
Starting from the package, the Motorola Z10 is sold in bundle with the classic accessories such as battery recharger, USB cable, stereo headphones, CD for the PC synchronization and manual. In order to underline its multimedia features, however, the bundle also features a microSD with the full Bourne movie trilogy, that can be watched directly from the cell phone.
When handled, the Z10 seems rather sturdy thanks to its good construction and the slide mechanism is rather smooth and makes no noises. When closed, the Z10 features its 2.2″ screen with 320×240 resolution and its directional pad, which isn’t very comforable to use and leads to some mistakes very often.
On the back of the phone, there’s the aluminum cover that features the 3.2 megapixel camera with flash. On the sides, as usual, the volume buttons and the photocamera button give a feel of a “standalone” digital camera.
By opening the slide, the numeric keyboard is revealed, but its functionality is decreased due to the cell phone’s shape, which makes the keyboard a little uncomfortable to use, especially when it comes to the keys that are closer to the display.
